I still travel widely for inspiration to bring new ideas to my menus. I have a passion for food and using quality ingredients which are presented beautifully.
I have catered for every sort of event from dinner in WW1 trenches to a wedding for 400 in New York and enjoy the challenge of having to come up with original ideas to set your day apart from others.
